A video of Nigerian artist David Adeleke, better known online as Davido, smoking a joint while accompanied by on-duty police officers became viral. The video quickly became viral.

Davido was observed conversing with the police officers tasked with his protection while smoking openly in the back of his car.

After a user of X (previously known as Twitter) brought the incident to the attention of Nigerians, the video has since gone viral.
