In the said video, the man who’s seemingly the father of the child, held her in her arms while smoking weed.
He went further to feed the baby with weed. While this was going on, the mother’s voice could be heard in the background giggling and recording the video.
The shocking part showed how the child did not react negatively to the weed as though it was a normal thing.
